Lookie what I found! This is my friend Kevin with his dad’s Ural, which has a BMW engine (most Urals have boxer-style engines because the Russians based them off the BMWs left in Russia during the German retreat).
This pic is completely posed! He’s not moving at all. And since Kevin races, he’s in really good racing form. I forgot Kevin used to have the helmet I based Erik’s on. (It is a popular style called ‘Aces’.) He crashed in it, though, so he went to a Flowers style (Angel’s). He crashed in that, too. (Kevin does a lot of crashing.)
As a joke, I told my friend Hannah that I would include a scene in Strict based on this pic. Of course, when I did, it wasn’t very funny. Ah ha ha hahahhgfjhsgdhfgjdgfjhg.

The weird ‘hoover’ worm (as Eilidh dubbed it) that I saw an hour ago at Inari Taisha. The friend I was with told me to back away from it because it looked like the worms from Prometheus. :D

Say hello to Unchi-kun! The cutest shit on a stick poop lollipop (lollipoop?) you can imagine. No, really. He comes in several colors and flavors, but I thought chocolate would be the most illustrative.
I don’t know about other Asian countries, but this sort of thing is not uncommon in Japan or Korea. Though Korea actually has an awesome ‘Doggie-Poo’ stop motion short film for kids that actually really really rocks.

I just got back from the grocery store where the theme from The Neverending Story was playing as musak. You know that weird feeling you have when you realize you’re dreaming? I had that. You know, because I’m in Kyoto, grocery shopping, with a muzak-ed childhood movie soundtrack playing in the background.
All I needed was a dumpster and a luck dragon.
In other new; apparently I can sleep when I’m dead.

One More Thing
…and then I am unplugging my internet connection to get Strict stuff done.
Thinking about uploading some of the Strict Prompt fills to AO3 when I’m done with the current one to stave off people that may want my blood. I kind of don’t want to, but… well… I like to archive. I just don’t like the idea of having a ‘Strict Machine ‘verse’.
Any thoughts? Perhaps just a ‘Strict Machine Back Story’ ‘fic’ that I won’t tie to Strict Machine? I really don’t like the idea of it being a part 2 or something like that.
